Samsung’s D8000 LED is already a popular TV and at IFA 2011 Samsung has announced that the 60-inch version is now officially available in stores across Europe. The model is called UE60D8000.

Samsung’s D8000 LED model has quickly become a very popular TV because of its extremely slim design, thin bezel and good picture quality. Samsung is now releasing a bigger 60-inch version of D8000 in Europe for home cinema enthusiasts.


Samsung 60-inch UE60D8000

The 60-inch TV is dubbed UE60D8000 and it comes with all of Samsung’s Smart TV functions, 3D functions and design details – just like its smaller brothers. Samsung's Smart TV platform offers movie-on-demand, TV games, social media, a TV App Store and much more. Samsung has just expanded with a YouTube 3D TV App. Samsung also says that they now have more than 900 TV Apps available in their TV App Store. 

The 60-inch TV is now available across Europe. In the US the 60-inch version – called UN60D8000 – has been available for a while now along with an even larger 65-inch version, available on for example Amazon US
